In a wonderful success, over 350 participated in the inaugural “Walk for Hospice” on May 10th in Oneonta, Walton and Cobleskill. Walkers showed their loyalty by helping raise money to support those on their hospice journey. They were also given a yellow balloon in which they wrote personal messages to their loved ones and during “Angles Among Us” released them to the sky.
Out of nowhere, as the balloons drifted toward the sun, this magical “Circular Rainbow” appeared and completely surrounded the sun.
To all of you who helped make this happen - walkers, sponsors, donors, volunteers and to our loved ones in the sky, thank you for making this one of the truly breathtaking experiences of a lifetime.
